Founded May 1st, 2013.

Executive chef, Mike Nusbaum, has been providing exceptional food service in the restaurant and catering industry for the past 8 years. He has worked with various catering companies, including Two Sisters’ Catering and Karem's Catering, while sharpening his cooking skills at the Culinary Arts program of Jefferson Community and Technical College. Chef Mike's cooking style is a fusion of the old Kentucky South with New Age modern techniques. This combination of cooking styles provides for a robust and unique food experience.

In addition to upscale catering, Chef Mike has a passion for classic BBQ. His KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) competition BBQ team, Kentucky Hurricane's BBQ, competes throughout the region. His admiration for different BBQ techniques has influenced Mike and has allowed him to create some of the best BBQ in the area.
